Just create a list of things, add emojis for recognition purposes, and specify how many you need for each item.
You can swipe to adjust the current amount – or just tap to reduce it by one.
To share lists with others, just specify whether you want someone to be able to edit the list or you just want to give them reading access. Then, you can just send them a link using any form of communication you want. If they open it on a device that has the app installed, they automatically get the list. Thats all you need to do.
Of course, your personal lists are also seamlessly synchronized with iCloud and always available on all of your devices simultaneously.
